Removing Subconscious Counterintentions through Tapping

 Removing Subconscious Counterintentions through Tapping

Objective:

The objective of this SOP is to guide individuals on how to use tapping, specifically EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), to remove subconscious counterintentions and align their conscious and subconscious minds in the direction of their goals.

Key Steps:

  1. Identify Limiting Belief: Identify a limiting belief that may be hindering your progress towards your goal. For example, "money is bad."

  2. Start Tapping: Begin tapping on the underside of your palm, also known as the karate chop area, while repeating a specific phrase. For example, "Even though I think money's bad, I deeply love, accept, and forgive myself."

  3. Tap on Different Points: Continue tapping on different energy points on your body while repeating the limiting belief. Tap on the top of your head, inside and outside of your eyebrows, under your eyes, under your nose, above your chin, shoulders, chest, and between the thumb and index finger.

  4. Repeat Rounds: Repeat the tapping process for as many rounds as needed to address the limiting belief effectively. Each round should include tapping on all the designated points while stating the belief.

  5. Use for Various Situations: Tapping can be used for various situations, such as impatience, frustration, or any other limiting beliefs that need to be addressed.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Be consistent with your tapping practice to see effective results.

  • Ensure that you are tapping on the correct energy points as mentioned in the SOP.

  • Do not tap too hard, as gentle tapping is sufficient to release energy blocks.

Tips for Efficiency:

  • Practice tapping regularly, ideally daily, to address different subconscious counterintentions.

  • Utilize online resources, such as videos on YouTube, for guided tapping sessions if needed.

  • Customize the tapping phrases to address specific limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

By following these steps consistently, individuals can effectively use tapping to remove subconscious counterintentions and align their conscious and subconscious minds towards achieving their desired goals.
